The import and export of hazardous chemicals is subject to regulation (EU) No. 649/2012 which was set in force on March, 1st of 2014. In addition to general export restrictions for specific hazardous chemicals, other listed chemicals need to be notified to the European Chemicals Agency. For certain further substances also a declaration of consent of the competent authority of the destination state is needed which will be transferred to the national competent authority of the exporting state.
We prepare export notification dossiers for substances listed in annex I to the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) of the Rotterdam Convention.
We are on your service to obtain the explicit consent of the foreign competent authority if needed. Contact us!
